Architect Ashmit Alag curated the Stonex experience at the ID 2023 by weaving together Neuro-Architecture, beauty and creativity. All his projects study the impact of spaces on human beings and Ashmit is inspired by the ideas of beautiful living. Through his thoughtful choices of colours, texture and materials, he aimed to evoke a sense of intrigue among the viewers about the aesthetics of architecture and design. These magnificent works of art are awe-inspiring in their astounding beauty and grace. Some pieces have slender, delicate curves, while others have fascinating designs that have been meticulously sculpted into the marble. The Stonex experience was elevated with the visual storytelling element which integrated the history of each stone with the extraordinary beauty, aesthetic appeal, legacy, and cultural diversity of the areas of Italy, Greece, Portugal, Turkey, and Vietnam.

Stonex was also the trophy partner with India Design this year and collaborated with master architect Martand Khosla to create the ID Honours Trophy. The trophy itself is a work of art and mirrors the layers of the Earth with its use of different kinds of stones stacked one after the other in a seamless design.
